Agenda:

1. Startup Contest (3 categories): Pitch contest featuring 21 startups and entrepreneurs supported by the FY2023 entities

2. Achievement Presentation: 5 entities from FY2023 shared the achievement of their initiatives.

3. Panel Discussion: 7 entities from FY2023 extending their agreement periods for another year discussed their achievements and future vision for their initiatives.

4. Lightning Pitch: FY2024 entities gave introductory pitches on their initiatives.

Over 230 individuals from diverse industries and backgrounds joined us for this event, including aspiring entrepreneurs, startup supporters, and business professionals.
On the day of, various programs were held simultaneously across two venues - STAGE and ROOM - at Tokyo Innovation Base.

A total of 21 startups and entrepreneurs nominated by the FY2023 entities participated in the startup contest.
The startups and entrepreneurs gave pitches in three categories - Founding, Overseas Expansion, and Growth - based on the support they received. Following feedback from the supporting entities, a Q&A session was held between the presenter and the judges. The judges praised the participants, expressing high expectations for further scale.

In addition to the grand prize, FY2023 and FY2024 entities provided additional prizes utilizing their own assets to continue support for the participating startups and entrepreneurs they found highly promising.

The 5 entities of FY2023 presented their achievement throughout the agreement period. After providing the background and overview of their initiatives, they spoke about the outcomes they achieved over the 1.5 years, the challenges they have faced in achieving those outcomes, and their prospects after the agreement period.

The panel discussion was held in 2 parts by the 7 entities who are extending their agreement periods for another year from the FY2023 cohort.
Each entity shared the factors and efforts that contributed to their outcomes, as well as the improvements they are to make and prospects for the one-year extension period.

The final program at ROOM was a lightning pitch by the FY2024 entities.
With another 50 initiatives now fully launched, each entity has expressed their commitment to fostering future collaboration among themselves.

The Startup Contest and pitches by the FY2023 and FY2024 entities provided highly meaningful content and experiences.
The achievement presentation by FY2023 selected entity and panel discussions offered a valuable opportunity for startup supporters at the forefront to openly discuss the success factors and areas for improvement in their initiatives.
In addition, the pitches by the startups and entrepreneurs highlighted the outcomes and significance of the support provided by the FY2023 entities.
We look forward to seeing even greater success from all participants in the pitches through the support provided by the entities and the use of TMG's projects.
