Overview

Misawa Homes is a company that promotes community development aimed at solving social issues, in order to embody the corporate message of its parent company, Prime Life Technologies: "PLT to forge a future through town development."
Through the redevelopment project of the former Haneda Asahi Elementary School site in Ota Ward, we will build and operate an industrial support facility that combines both soft and hard facilities with the goals of "ensuring an operating environment for manufacturing industries," "creating a hub for corporate clustering," and "maintaining and improving industry in the ward."
Toward the facility’s opening in the fall of 2027, we aim to have the support operations for prototype development fully on track.

Initiative details

Deep Factory HANEDA is a community-based, result-oriented, prototype development-specialized co-creation platform that promotes collaboration between startups and local factories to accelerate prototype development.
The main initiatives of this agreement are as follows.
1) Building a networkthat will collaborate with local factories, various experts, VCs, etc. to accompany startups in their prototype development
2) Activities to publicize and attract customers to the platform (website creation, etc.)
3) Attracting startups through events such as “Startup x Factory Meetup” and factory tours
