Overview
MIXI Global Investments is the corporate venture capital arm of MIXI, dedicated to investing in startups across global markets, with a particular focus on the rapidly growing Indian market.
We primarily invest in consumer-facing services, especially within the entertainment sector, and aim to generate synergies with our portfolio companies by leveraging MIXI’s assets and expertise in digital entertainment and other consumer services cultivated over the years.
Initiative details
MIXI Global Investments (MGI) proposes a non-profit incubation program that supports indie game studios based in Tokyo by connecting them with global accelerators and international publishers. The program provides an end-to-end support system—including selection, mentoring, global market insights, and overseas test marketing—for early-stage development teams, with the goal of creating commercially successful titles originating from Tokyo and building a sustainable support community.
