Tokyu Land Corporation is a diversified real estate company with a wide range of real estate businesses. The company is involved in urban development (offices and commercial facilities), housing (condominiums, rentals, student residences, and senior housing), wellness (hotels, resorts, and healthcare), infrastructure and industry (renewable energy and logistics facilities), and overseas business. In particular, we are focusing on urban development in the “Greater SHIBUYA” centered on Shibuya and renewable energy projects with the aim of realizing a sustainable society.
Initiative details
The “Shibuya Greentech Contest” aims to establish a sustainable innovation ecosystem in Shibuya by bringing together startups (SUs), large corporations, and local governments working to solve social issues. SUs in the environmental and energy fields will be provided with the city of Shibuya as a demonstration field to accelerate their growth through demonstration funding and mentoring. The contest will attract domestic and foreign investors, promote fundraising, and develop Shibuya into an international hotspot for SU demonstration and investment.
