We are an independent seed venture capital firm.
With specialized know-how and a human resources network focused on supporting startups’ HR needs, we provide support not only through funding but also by assisting startups in “building their teams.”
Initiative details
Over the 18-month projects,
(1) Increase the number of people interested in or transitioning to careers at startups (through large-scale events, side events, and media outreach),
(2) Enhance the recruitment capabilities and organizational development of startups (by launching a co-creation community for startup HR).
Through these initiatives, we aim to accelerate the flow of talented individuals into startups and contribute to a tenfold increase in the number of unicorns as part of the “10×10×10” initiative.
