Overview

We are engaged in the development of entrepreneurial leaders who create social impact by establishing their own way of life and demonstrating entrepreneurship. Our core activities include the design and implementation of human resource development programs. These include entrepreneurship education programs for high school students commissioned by universities and boards of education, as well as social innovator development programs conducted in collaboration with regional consortiums in Tokai area. Additionally, based in the Hamamatsu region of Shizuoka Prefecture, we organize leadership-themed conferences and create spaces in the city that attract individuals who take initiative and drive community change.

Initiative details

Through this initiative, we aim to cultivate the next generation of entrepreneurs from Tokyo with a global perspective and mindset—qualities that are difficult to develop in Japan’s geographical and cultural context. By providing entrepreneurial candidates with opportunities to embrace these qualities from the early stages of their ventures, we seek to produce globally-minded next-generation entrepreneurs from Tokyo.
We emphasize supporting entrepreneurs with a sense of urgency throughout the entire process—from idea generation and prototyping to hypothesis testing. Rather than stopping at business plan creation, we prioritize helping them take concrete action and move forward with actual implementation.
Furthermore, this initiative extends beyond a mere talent development program. To bring the benefits of Seattle’s startup ecosystem connections back to Tokyo’s ecosystem, we will share information about Seattle’s startup ecosystem initiatives and key locations in Japanese, creating an environment that facilitates easier access to Seattle’s startup ecosystem.
