Through “AUBA for Startup: The Expansion”, we will support sales growth and business expansion for startups in their middle to later stages.
After achieving product-market fit (PMF), support for scaling and building strategic alliances becomes critical for startups to advance to the next stage of growth.
This program is designed to help startups overcome these barriers by providing hands-on support throughout the execution phase — including matching with new industries and regions, offering growth opportunities through the venture client model, supporting strategic planning for sales and business proposals, and assisting with public relations efforts.
By leveraging our expertise in open innovation and our extensive network of municipalities, corporations, and investors across Japan, we aim to establish a scalable and actionable growth support model that enables middle- to later-stage startups to accelerate toward their next leap forward.
