We are a collective of changemakers and food innovators who are driven to UNLOCK the true value of food through a collaborative approach, harnessing the power of technology and collective wisdom.With our vision of creating a transformative impact on the food landscape, we aim to materialize our co-creation projects with 10 “X” the impact and speed, paving the way for a new era of food ecosystems. Initiative details

We support food startups and venture companies aiming to expand globally by providing a one-stop platform that includes expert knowledge sessions, mentoring, networking with local businesses overseas, and sensory tasting panels. We provide hands-on support for overseas product development and market entry. Specific initiatives include:
・Startup Recruitment and Selection: Identifying promising food startups in Japan that leverage unique local strengths
・Pre-departure Workshops: Sessions to help selected startups refine the perspectives, vision, and product concepts needed to truly aim for unicorn-level success
・Master Class Sessions: Intensive programs to deepen understanding of the U.S. food and beverage market
・Mentoring: Individual mentoring sessions with industry experts from various fields
・Monthly Workshops: Monthly sessions tailored to the needs of participating startups aiming to enter the U.S. market
・Sensory Tastings: Product tasting and evaluation by U.S. consumers, supported by KitchenTown
・Demo Day: Pitch opportunities for participating startups in both Japan and the U.S.
