Tokyo Tatemono Co., Ltd. is Japan’s oldest general real estate developer, established in 1896 (Meiji 29) by Zenjiro Yasuda, the founder of the former Yasuda financial conglomerate. Tokyo Tatemono has been headquarted in the Yaesu, Nihonbashi, and Kyobashi areas, commonly known as "YNK," since our inception, and we are focusing on redevelopment and community development in the YNK.
In this program, we are going to launch various projects called "SYNK," collaborating with multiple innovation bases and startup supporters that we have attracted to the YNK area, with the aim of further strengthening the innovation ecosystem. We are going to act as the secretariat to implement measures to strengthen the startup ecosystem between collaborative innovation bases and with large companies in the YNK area.
