We will attract talent into Japan’s startup ecosystem through two initiatives: hosting the largest startup career fair and building an online job search platform.

Hosting the largest startup career fair (Startup Aquarium: https://coralcap.co/startup-aquarium/): This event, held at Toranomon Hills, brought 1,000 participants in 2020 and 2,000 participants in 2023, and garnered an enthusiastic response. In the future, we will evolve the event to attract even more people through various developments, such as hosting side events.

Developing Coral Careers as a product: With over 10,000 registered candidates, Coral Careers is the largest startup job search service run by a VC in Japan. We will be adding more features to this service by developing it as a product and creating an environment that makes it easier for a wider range of people to consider a startup career.
