Initiative details

The U30 Impact Startup Incubation Program (ISIP) is an incubation program designed to foster impact startups* that address societal challenges, specifically targeting entrepreneurs under the age of 30. The program supports venture establishment by providing strategic planning expertise and methodologies for maximizing social impact. Following establishment, ISIP facilitates both the development of a social entrepreneur ecosystem and the provision of essential scale-up support in areas such as financing, talent acquisition, public relations, and marketing through qualified professionals and targeted solutions.
*Impact startups are defined as enterprises that pursue both the resolution of social and environmental challenges and the realization of innovative visions while maintaining sustainable economic growth. The program targets a business scale of 10 billion yen in revenue over the next decade.
