Through the analysis of HR and labor data during the establishment of a new health insurance society, we have identified gender disparities in employee numbers and salaries within the startup ecosystem. We aim to support startups in becoming workplaces that are conducive to women, thereby enhancing recruitment capacity through an expanded candidate pool and promoting organizational growth by preventing turnover.

3. Assisting with recruitment communications by sharing case studies of startups actively working on gender diversity, enabling them to reach potential candidates
