Overview

Zenko General Research Co., Ltd. was established as a spin-off from Zenko-kai, a social welfare corporation that has achieved the highest level of operational efficiency in the caregiving industry.
With the aim of transforming the care and welfare industry, we provides support for DX in the caregiving business for municipalities and care service providers, as well as fostering DX human resources who lead the caregiving field.
Additionally, as a living lab designated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, we provides total support for care tech companies, from planning and development to demonstration and sales.
We collaborates with various stakeholders involved in caregiving, including government agencies, care service providers, and overseas companies, to address the sustainability challenges facing the care and welfare industry, such as the increasing social security costs and the shortage of care workers.
We also develops and provides our own care service support system, "SCOP".
Leveraging our knowledge gained during development, support for field testing, our living lab and municipal support and our network of diverse stakeholders, including care service providers, we strongly support development of startup companies.

Initiative details

In this initiative, we will collaborate with the caregiving sector to conduct training sessions aimed at deeply understanding the needs of the caregiving workforce, facilitate discussions between startups and caregiving professionals to generate innovative development ideas, and provide opportunities for real-world testing and expert technical advice within caregiving settings. By doing so, we will support startups with innovative ideas in developing and improving their products to address challenges faced by the caregiving sector and contribute to the realization of a sustainable society.
Additionally, to help startups achieve a suitable growth cycle in the highly competitive caregiving industry, we will implement a program to deepen their understanding of the long-term care insurance system and the current state of the caregiving industry, which are essential for market penetration. We will also support the establishment of business models and relationships by setting up platforms for matching with government agencies and domestic and overseas companies.
