TOKYO SUTEAM Project
In alignment with our corporate philosophy of "changing the world through the power of business creation," we have developed the Corporate Accelerator, an open innovation program that pairs major companies with venture companies to bridge gaps in expertise, co-create innovations, and accelerate business growth. We have also launched the Intrapreneur Accelerator, a program designed to identify and nurture in-house entrepreneurs. Furthermore, the company is expanding its business areas to include the operation of learning programs to train entrepreneurs and internal business development personnel, venture investment, and venture studio operations. Additionally, since February 2020, we have been operating the Yuraku-cho "SAAI" Wonder Working Community, a working community that gives shape to individual ideas.
In April 2022, 01Booster launched a new venture studio and has been supporting venture creation by aspiring entrepreneurs, specializing in the construction and real estate areas. In addition to the existing initiatives, we adds new initiatives to the “support contents” and “support targets”. The new “support contents” will enable the involvement of corporations (corporate partners), providing opportunities to explore problems and test hypotheses through interviews, opportunities to demonstrate MVPs, advice on expertise, and introductions to professional contacts from the corporate partners. In addition, 01Booster will be able to provide the results of interviews with the corporate partners on problems and needs as an idea pool. The new “support targets” will include the areas of urban development, logistics, and the environment.

The kick-off event held at TiB was attended by about 70 people. The theme of the session was “Let's hear your fun stories about starting a business! Mr. Ryozo Kawagishi, President of Incubate Harbor Corporation, Mr. Tetsuya Tsukada, Director of COSOJI Corporation, and Mr. Ken Kawashima, Director of 01Booster Corporation, spoke at the session.
Also, “So much to release! What are the opportunities lying dormant in companies?” and five of the project's partner companies took the stage.
