Technological innovations, led by generative AI, have the potential to fundamentally transform industries, workforce dynamics, and society as a whole. This makes it essential for people from diverse backgrounds to engage in AI businesses. However, the AI industry faces the challenge of a low proportion of women participants. Since 2023, our company has been running the Women AI Initiative, a community of over 150 female AI leaders. By further fostering, supporting, and producing female AI entrepreneurs in a seamless manner, we aim to cultivate women-led ventures in the AI field and contribute to the creation of unicorn companies in this domain.
