Overview
Our mission is to create a "Sustainable Food"s standard, and to create an eco-system for the future food. We have a fuge network with many food and agriculture field's startups, and hold events for 20-200 people to create a space for them. We also run a restaurant that serves their products as ingredients, and have received a lot of media exposure, including an article in Forbes. We also conduct research and product development with new business divisions of enterprise, and import and sell food products from overseas. Currently, as a new project, we are building a co-working space with a kitchen where can offer tastings and popups.
Initiative details
In the face of pressing global issues such as poverty, nutritional challenges (including malnutrition and lifestyle diseases like diabetes), and climate change, there is a worldwide demand for a sustainable food industry. To address these issues through innovation in the food sector, a program is being developed to aggregate Japanese food startups in Tokyo, creating opportunities for these businesses to expand globally. This initiative aims to foster the emergence of new industries by establishing Japan as a source of solutions for a sustainable food system worldwide.
