For entrepreneurs, it is significant to have a compass of their heart that motivates them to keep taking action. To gain a compass that keeps them on the path, they need to envision their ideal future through self-reflection.
This “Passion Driven Changers Program” aims to increase the number of young entrepreneurs who passionately move forward to achieve their ideal society.
Currently, many young people are facing difficulties such as “being interested in entrepreneurship but hesitating to take action” or “being unable to maintain their passion since entrepreneurship has turned a means into an end.”
These issues are caused by their unclear ideals and insufficient understanding of how to commercialize their business; therefore, opportunities for self-reflection and gaining business perspectives would be essential.
In response to the status quo, the agreement project will implement the following four activities;
・Forming population of entrepreneurs/potential entrepreneurs
・Training entrepreneurs
・Promoting interactions between entrepreneurs and supporters
・Forming a community of participants/potential entrepreneurs and supporters
Through this program, we aim to create an environment where young entrepreneurs can deepen their self-reflection, envision their ideal future clearly, and take action with passion, which will result in change as a whole society.
