One of the most common challenges at the early stages of a startup is a lack of experienced management-level personnel. To address this, we leverage the expertise in event and community management developed through “TORYUMON,” an event series that brings together aspiring entrepreneurs under 25. Our goal is to extend this approach to the O26U40 generation (ages 26–40) by showcasing the unique opportunities and responsibilities of becoming a “co-founder or CxO” in a startup. Through targeted training and development programs, we aim to support entrepreneurs who might otherwise give up due to talent shortages and early-stage startups unable to afford high recruitment costs.

By focusing on this talent pipeline, we aim to drive a tenfold increase in new startups over the next five years.
